After that the subtle shaking continued so I pulled over, looked around and gave the truck a listen, sounds like I’ve got a really big misfire. It will correct itself after about 5 seconds, can usually correct it a little quicker by revving. Already checked/changed Did a compression test, all cylinders and they were consistent at 190psi. Those gears are almost unusable.
